ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER

Your orders are prepared and shipped with great love by the Alma lua team, Monday to Thursday. You will be notified by e-mail of the shipment and the correct delivery of your package.

DELIVERY IN FRANCE AND EUROPE

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage costs. They are calculated according to the weight of your order and its destination.

FREE DELIVERY FROM €180 IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE!

RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 30 DAYS!

You received your order but the product or size does not fit? No stress, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the products concerned to us.

You can make a return request to shop@almalua.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return so that we can better process your feedback (also to better understand what went wrong, and keep improving!).

For returns (excluding Sales, Low Prices and Private Sales) from mainland France (including Corsica), the Alma lua team will send you a Colissimo voucher to return the item to us at our expense.

For other returns (Sales, Sweet Prices, Private Sales and any item from abroad), the shipment is then made at your expense. After contacting Alma Lua, you can return the item(s) ordered to us at the following address:
