I have been a yoga teacher for 6 years,
and I still remember the first day of my training,
without really knowing what I was looking for.
Yoga was love at first sight, and since then I have not stopped learning,
with initial training in vinyasa, followed by yin yoga.

There is nothing more powerful than this connection
body-mind that is created as soon as you unroll your mat.
Vinyasa allows me to unleash my creativity with fluid and spontaneous movements,
while yin offers me the stillness needed to release tension
and find serenity.
Over the years, my practice has evolved.
At first very dynamic, it is now softer and adapted to my current needs.
I like to draw inspiration from different practices:
hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, yin, yin-yang, mobility…
In teaching, I now strive to favor the simplicity and purity of postures, more than so-called "advanced" postures.
I enjoy leading flowing vinyasas, but also offering moments of yin calm, creating a space of deep relaxation.
I'm a bit obsessed with yin and even at the end of a vinyasa I can't help but incorporate a yin posture or two. :)
If you recognize yourself in what I write or if you want to discover yoga with me, don't hesitate to send me a message and book a class!

I currently live near Lagos, Portugal.

Yoga has become a true passion for me, and it's been 6 years since I decided to make it my path.
I still remember my first day of training, feeling a bit lost, not really knowing what I was seeking.
What I didn't expect was that yoga would be a love at first sight.
After completing my first training in Vinyasa,
I went on to study Yin Yoga, and I discovered an endless world of learning.

There's something magical about the connection between body and mind that happens as soon as you unroll your mat.
Vinyasa inspires me to let movements flow freely, to unlock my creativity, while Yin allows me to
sink into stillness, release tension, and find deep serenity.

Over time, my practice has evolved. What started as a very “yang” practice—dynamic and based on Ashtanga and Vinyasa—
is now much softer, more attuned to my energy and life's needs.
I love drawing inspiration from different styles:
Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, mobility…

When I teach, I try to offer space and simplicity. I love guiding fluid Vinyasa flows, but I also enjoy slowing down, taking the time to
truly experience each posture—not for extravagance,
but for the purity of it. And I have a bit of an obsession with Yin: even after a Vinyasa session, I can't help but add in a few Yin postures,
creating that safe, nurturing space where everyone can truly let go.

If you resonate with what I've written or if you'd like to explore yoga with me, I'd love to welcome you to the mat.
Feel free to send me a message to book a class!

I'm currently around Lagos, Portugal.
